From: pdilmore@PROTECTED Ed, Just a couple of minor things to discuss. With the T- storms that rolled through the area on Tuesday a ride got cancelled. While I whole heartedly agree last night’s severe weather warranted prudently cancelling the Tuesday ride when we had the debate a couple of years ago I was the only board member who opposed the “no rides cancelled for any reason”. Either we re-visit that or enforce what the other board members voted for. Second thing, the list serve has been used to promote fishing and rafting events recently. I don’t think we want to become a message board for any member to post whatever they want be it garage sales, graduation parties, etc. Perhaps a message to all list serve members that the OCC2 is for bike related events. I don’t see an issue with member selling used bikes or even if a local shop is having a sale or service special but I think it ought to be limited.
