Hi all,
It just occurred to me that we typically had paper programs at our events listing the volunteer awards, cycling miles, etc. Did Mike Lyon do these? If so, I guess someone else will have to do them this year! Does anyone have technical savvy or is interested in producing a program for the banquet?
I just sent out a general announcement to the list serve and Facebook re: banquet.
I also requested sizing samples from Voler to bring. We will figure out the logistics of whether we can get an area for trying them on, but we can show and tell them at minimum.
Peg and Cindy have contacted me, and requested the following:
- a list of the items procured for the raffle by Jan 28. Peggy and Cindy have volunteered to come early to set up the raffle.
- a list of who has bought tickets. I am clarifying if they just want a head count list after Jan 22 or a running list of who has signed up, similar to what we do with registrations for the fall century
