Keep in mind, though, that this spring has been characterized by below average temperatures and above average precipitation. I don’t recall this being as big an issue during the past few years. On average, the start times have usually worked. I think our perspective is clouded by the current situation.

I’m suggesting that going forward we keep 10 a.m. start dates for morning rides in the “spring” until Memorial Day weekend. I’m tired of dressing for skiing to ride. I think we’ll get a better turnout with a later start time than we do with these embrace the suck first hour temps.
