Thanks Don,
I was really surprised at how low the limits are on our coverage.
Under the DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS/LOCATIONS/VEHICLES/EXCLUSIONS ADDED BY ENDORSEMENT/SPECIAL PROVISIONS section:
- Coverage available under Policy #T5MP-P-50467 is on file with the policyholder. Accident Medical Coverage, $10,000 per person per accident excess of a $500 per claim deductible and excess of any other valid and collectible insurance. Accidental Death & Dismemberment, $5,000 per person per accident.
Do we have a copy of Policy #T5MP-P-50467 ?
JoMarie may ask for it. I just want to get our ducks in a row.
Brian

Subject: bikebod: East Time Trial parking - response from Safety Director
I have pasted below the response I received from JoMarie, the Safety
Director for New York Bus Sales, this morning. She will approve our parking at the New York Bus Sales location if we provide the following:
1. copy of the OCC Certificate of Insurance (COI) which should include the liability limits.
2. OCC representative signs a Hold Harmless/Indemnity agreement
She would like the COI this week if possible so she has time to review and wrap this up by next Tuesday. Do we have an scanned version
of the document that I can send to her?
This is looking good if we can move quickly to provide her with what she needs.
FYI: I sent this email to the orig Board list and the bikebod_test list. So, you may receive it twice.

Can I see a copy of your insurance certificate so I can see what your liability limits are? If your limits
look good and we proceed, we will be asking you add us as an additional insured on your policy. Additionally, we will be asking you to sign a Hold Harmless/Indemnity agreement. That agreement basically says the club will hold us harmless if something happens
while parked on our property. Just want to give you a heads up so you are aware even though it is a common request. I am out of town on business next week from Wed to Fri so I am trying to get things approved and wrapped up before my departure. Hopefully
you are able to get me a copy of your COI this week so I can review it.
