What are the thoughts on bottle sponsorship?  Would it be something we’d consider?  It would be just my bottles, given away to each entrant.  Those Specialized Purist bottles, and likely yellow but I could be talked into something else.  Maybe.   these:

Sounds like that might be enough, just some tables for judges and the timer, and a tent to cover it all.
And the PA system for announcing.

Give us a week to finalize the start/finish line, and we’ll get it locked down.  PA system is available if we decide to use it.  That and a few tables should do it, huh?

Indeed, the interruption was very rude.

If Ben lets us use the PA system again, then setting up table(s) and tents for the announcer and officials should be pretty easy.

As Ben suggests in his e-mail, a flatbed truck might work if we decide we need it.

Ok, since we were so RUDELY interrupted by Tony for the "other meeting", I didn't get to ask my last question about the Crit:  Will there be any type of Bandstand for the judges and an announcer? 

I don't suppose we really need one, we can always just setup a big tent for them at the start/finish ( to protect the timer/camera and judges )  but we always had Chucky Cheese up there calling out the preems, throwing out witty banter, etc.

Any plans for that?
