That's very odd.

Here's an excerpt from an e-mail conversation I was having with Alan Atwood last year as they were assigning officials to our event:

"...You won't see the crew assignments on the USAC page; we don't use USAC's system for assigning officials in NY."

Like I said, I'll double check with Gary today...

Jeff always directs me to the Assignment Tool dashboard to "request" races. I just used it today to officiate at Bristol Mountain.

Please be sure Gary has me and Helene in the mix.

I asked this question a couple of years ago...for whatever reason NYSBRA doesn't use the USACycling dashboard to assign officials.  I know for sure that Gary is working on putting a slate of officials together for Race Weekend, and he and I have exchanged e-mails regarding who we would like for a Chief Referee, etc.  However I'll check with him today to see how far long he is.

I just looked in the USA Cycling officials assignment tool and SRW is not yet listed. We won't get any officials unless we're on the list of races in the tool.
