Tonight, it seemed that we all agreed that we should get the word out about the event. The only other firm details seemed to be the date and that we want to do a Grand Fondo on Sunday. With that in mind, I took a shot at crafting a, "Save The Date," type e-mail, where I tried to sell the event with the details I had the only aspect of the e-mail that is mentioned, but not yet secured, is the soigneurs, but I did not list any by name and have a fair level of confidence that we'll be able to obtain these sponsors.
