Weekends generally are hard for me, but Sunday night is particularly bad.  Friday/Saturday would depend a bit on time, too.  “Happy hour” at 4 or 5 pm on a Friday might work well.   The 20th I’ll be traveling for work.  Generally, the best is prior to OCC Board meetings, since usually I’ll be there already.  But we do need to get going on this, so shouldn’t wait until the next one.

Hi all,

Unfortunately I wasn't around last weekend to hold a race meeting (it turned out a lot of people were out of town as the OCC board meeting didn't have a quorum either). 

Let's schedule the next committee meeting for Sunday May 20th @ 6:00 pm at the SkyDesk (a week from this Sunday) to go over updates and plans.

Note that we traditionally hold meetings on Sundays, but if there is a large preference for Friday or Saturday let me know.
