Like I said before I will not be at the meeting next week and this is an update I promised. Sorry for the caps but I believe that my past memos have gone unread and I wanted to make sure that somebody sees them.  As for my own opinion it’s time to shut down the omnium and make it a one day event. Either the crit which is very easy put on or the road race which will draw more participants. The race began at the right time and prospered through what was called the “ Armstrong Effect” but it has declined in the past years.
