This is a copy of my email that was sent to the race committee last January. As is now very obvious it was completely ignored. 
It seems now that we are scrambling to figure out what we should do.
We apparently have a club that is not interested in volunteering, racers that are not interested in racing, money to be spent that we can’t afford and a committee that for the most part we haven’t even heard from. Is there really a questions to what we should do?

Just A quick update.

We have secured a a pavilion in Marcellus Park for the TT. It is reserved from 2 pm on. The cost is $120 and the check should be mailed to the Town of Marcellus or I can deliver it with the completed paper work.

There is a local pizza shop that can provide us with pizza, pasta and salad for the after race meal. This could offer us some sponsorship opportunities in the Village if we want to pursue that. There are businesses including a builder with a national rep, several bars and restaurants, professional offices and a supermarket.

Last year’s race we agreed to pass on some sponsorship money to the West Side Athletic Center. Could we please take care of a donation?
