The TdF is over. But, What a great finish on Alpe D'Huez !!  You gotta give credit to the Movistar boys assault on the yellow jersey.  If Froomee had a bad day??? Who knows what would have happened.  So, you've been able to get to bed at a reasonable time for over a week now. Your batteries are fully charged. Why not come out and do a good workout on the TT course?

One of these Tuesdays I would like to be able to say there is no chance of rain.  Today will not be that day.  It appears that the scattered T-storms will subside around 5 pm today.  At 6 pm the temps are forecasted to be in the mid-70s, with winds at 9 mph WNW and  60% humidity.  The West wind should make for a fine tailwind on Moore and Smith Ridge Rd.  

Come on out and smoke the fastest Time Trial course in Central New York!
