24 members and 1 guest rode the Cazenovia-Georgetown rolling to hilly course on this cool and cloudy, but thankfully dry evening. 20 people opted for the 32-mile ride, and 5 did the shorter 22 or 25 mile version. Route 80 heading into Georgetown was in rough shape with a wide but mostly unusable shoulder due to asphalt cracks. Once we made the turn on Erieville it was a nice ride back to Caz. It was a speedy group of riders, with everyone back in the parking lot by 7:45pm. I'm sure the rapidly fading daylight helped people push the pace. Just a reminder, next Wednesday's ride starts at 5:30pm. And there are only 2 Wednesday rides left :-(
