Hi
I vote to cancel the picnic. I wonder if the rules allow us to cancel a ride?
For full disclosure: I probably would not have shown up in the rain even if I was back east this weekend.

| From: dab31415+occ@PROTECTED I can refund everyone through PayPal. Donald Butler Treasurer, Onondaga Cycling Club | From: diromad@PROTECTED Thanks Paul. I vote to cancel. I’m OK with either refunding or applying the $15 towards the fall Charity ride. Or possibly, if it can be worked out logistically, do a “Summer Fling” instead? Dave DiRoma | | | | | | From: jpaulwede@PROTECTED Hi All, I just received this message from Mike Lyon: Paul, I spoke with Roland and he would like to cancel Saturday’s ride. With the rain we will be unable to use the barbecue grill there and it’s unlikely many will not show up. I think we could offer a refund or if they wish credit for the fall century ride. Not sure about the logistics for that, but that seems the most reasonable thing to do. You may want to present this to the board for their decision, but my feeling is that neither Roland or I don’t buy anything until I hear back. —So what do you think? Should we cancel? As of yesterday we had 24 signed up. I don’t know how we would process refunds? Please let me know ASAP so I can notify Mike and the membership. Thanks! Paul | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
