We can get the email addresses for the orders on the website.

| From: jpaulwede@PROTECTED As far as the ride goes, I’m ok with showing up to the park, sign in sheet in hand, at 9 on Saturday for those who wish to ride. We just won’t have a picnic. And we will still have to refund participants. Brian has a good idea of emailing those who have signed up individually. Do we have their email from their signup? Who can do this? Once we have made a decision, I will send a blanket message to the listserve and Facebook to hopefully prevent more signups.

| From: jpaulwede@PROTECTED Hi All, I just received this message from Mike Lyon:
Paul, I spoke with Roland and he would like to cancel Saturday’s ride. With the rain we will be unable to use the barbecue grill there and it’s unlikely many will not show up. I think we could offer a refund or if they wish credit for the fall century ride. Not sure about the logistics for that, but that seems the most reasonable thing to do. You may want to present this to the board for their decision, but my feeling is that neither Roland or I don’t buy anything until I hear back.
—So what do you think? Should we cancel? As of yesterday we had 24 signed up. I don’t know how we would process refunds? Please let me know ASAP so I can notify Mike and the membership. Thanks!
