Paul, I tried to do a donation but it keeps giving me the $60 for a regular membership in my cart but doesn’t show the $50 I wanted to contribute as a contributing member. Seems to be something wrong with the webpage.

I received an email from Stuart Hayes’s daughter Rachel, who would like to encourage others to donate to OCC in memory of her father. I directed her to the contributing member section of our shop. Please see below for her email and my response(s).

Hi Rachel,My sincere condolences to you and your family for your loss. Your father was a regular at our rides and was the go-to ride leader for Thursday night rides. We will all miss riding with him.Thank you for your consideration for encouraging others to donate to our club in Stu’s memory. I have provided a link to our club shop, for an option to donate as a contributing member for $10 via PayPal. There is also an option to donate a larger amount if preferred. A contribution does not offer insurance coverage for group rides, but riders can purchase a regular club membership if they would like to ride with us. Here is that link:

Hi Paul,
My name is Rachel. My father is Stuart Hayes. I'm not sure if you heard but, he unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday morning. I'm reaching out because, as part of his obituary, I would like to encourage people to donate to Onondaga Cycling Club in his honor. Is there a link that I could put in the obituary or some way that I could direct people to easily donate to OCC?
