Samaritan Center or Vera House would be good. The Vera house is always in need of school supplies especially with school starting soon for the victims children. Maybe the entrance fee of the event for Samaritan House and if participants want to bring items (school supplies) for the Vera House the day of the event. Our event could say something like charity event supporting local families in crisis as both organizations provide crisis assistance.
