Turned out to be a beautiful night for the Time Trial,  again !!The skies were partly cloudy, the temps were in the low 70s AND best of all...... the breeze died off to under 5 mph!   This made for what was probably the best TT conditions of the year!    Unfortunately, only three riders ventured forth to scoff at the ominous rain clouds that hovered to the west.  The fastest time was again owned by Tiago Barreira, who blasted through the course in 23:17 (25.77 mph).
