Hi all - just wanted to give an update on classes at the winter training facility (link below).  There are bike classes on Mondays at 6pm, Tuesdays at 11am (NEW!), Wednesdays at 6pm, Thursdays at 6pm, and Saturdays at 7am and 9am.  There is also a Yoga class on Tuesdays at 6pm.  I have provided a link to the tri club's events calendar, which also lists the classes.  Both the OCC and CNY triclub facebook pages will post any last-minute changes, such as cancellations due to bad weather.  If y ...Continue Reading
