I have consulted with Zeus and he has confirmed that the weather should be almost perfect at the start:    65 degrees, partly cloudy with 6mph S wind.   Any threat of rain should not occur until after the picnic.

While you may not get that PR on Sweet Road due to a bit of a headwind, the winds will probably get a bit stronger (10mph) as the day progresses and we should get a nice push up SkyHigh Road and Lafayette Rd climbs at the end of the ride when we need it the most.
