Despite the iffy/rainy weather, we had a great turnout. There were 32 riders doing a whole bunch of miles. Besides the rain, which ended fairly soon, the only issues I was aware of were 2 flats, one leaving the parking lot.  Massive amounts of food were consumed that had been prepared by world famous chef Roland Pearson (thanks Roland). A bunch of riding apparel was available FREE not even a raffle ticket (no extra cost) was needed. Well, there was a bit of rain when we got to the park and the radar showed another batch not too far off.  Around 5:40 it stopped raining so 8 of us decided to roll the dice.  No rain for the first 5-6 miles but then a light rain fell until there was about 6-7 miles left.  Dry the rest of the way.  Not the ride that was planned but overall, not a bad ride.  We rode 120 miles. See you Saturday: Spring Fling – Onondaga Cycling Club ...Continue Reading
