As I mentioned in my last write up, the venue for the Time Trial this week will be on the Lafayette Time Trial course that is used for the Syracuse Race weekend. The layout of the course is simple.... starting from Rowland Rd. - ride up 11A for 5.1 miles, make a right on to Solvay Rd, half mile later, make a right on to Tully Farms road and fly the remaining 5 miles downhill!!! The course has a net altitude loss of 100 ft.
The weather will be excellent - 74 degrees, low humidity, 9 mph WNW wind.
You can park along Rowland Rd. If there isn't enough room there, there is plenty of parking in the Apple Fest lots.
The directions to get to the start are simple as well. 81S to Rt20 Lafayette exit, go West on 20, at the bottom of the hill make a left on to Rowland - at the Apple Fest buildings/area.
