Many of us have ridden in the Arise and Ride at the farm event in the past and it is that time again For those not familiar, the ride is a charity event that supports the Arise Farm on New Boston Road in Chittenango They have the states largest accessible playground, accessible fishing, a high ropes course, therapeutic horseback riding and more It is a more than worthy cause and the event is fun for the whole family

There is a 25 and a 12 mile bike loop, rated flat as can be (the biggest hill is the bridge over the thruway ) There is also a 75 mile walk and wheel-a-thon for those that don't wish to do one of the road rides There will be face painting, fishing, games, entertainment and raffles It is a great opportunity to see the farm and all the good things it does and to support their great works
