At the risk of being redundant.... oops, maybe I've already used that line... we had another good night for a Time Trial. Temps in the 80s with a fading 6 mph SW breeze made it hard to believe that it is almost mid-September. Not too shabby for the final TT of the year!
We had six TTers roll to the line - all veterans of the course.
Tiago Barreira, back from his month long trip to Brazil, paced the group with the fastest time of 24:19 (24.67 mph). Our Fastest Women Time (FWT) belongs to 13 year old Mariana Rinaldo who smoked the course in a PR of 28:00 (21.43 mph).
Notes:
Frequent participant of the Tuesday night TTs, Jill Walsh, took a Silver medal in the Paralympics in Rio in the T1-2 class (3 wheeled bike)!! Congaratulations Jill !!
She is due to compete in the T1-2 road race on Friday around 12:30pm.
(see last paragraph)
Notes2:
Steve informed that Annie Porter is competing in the World Championships in Cozumel, Mex. this week. I could not find specific times for her event. If anyone has more info, pass it on! Way to go Annie!!

I can be convinced to hold another TT if the weather holds out for next Tuesday. The forecast is looking good at this time. If I get 6 people to commit to coming, I'll do it. Email me on Monday if you want to participate (assuming the weather cooperates).
Enjoy!
