Was the P.S. hinted to me or Dale? Anyways thanks for the update and welcome back! Btw I chose to go get an oil change and tire rotation (Jeep not bike) and will try to stay dry.

As the Slow and Easy East leader for Thursday it again looks like rain but will send an update closer to the ride. I plan on leading the "Dale 24(30) mile'" and would appreciate Marlene and the others who have been leading the other groups to let me know if you would like to again this week weather permitting. And yes I have the famous gooey brownies.

Hi Everyone,

<image005.png>

This weather is amazing…so much rain…so little sun.  I’m starting to develop mold…I think.  Mike is out of town at a meeting and I just returned from a weekend in Annapolis for a family wedding.  I discovered a new phenomena down there…sun and warm temperatures…I was very content in shorts and short sleeved shirts.  I can’t say that for here.  I think I have reached my fill of our weather…and I’m looking for it to change.  PLEASE.

The first thing I did after getting home was to check the weather for tonight’s SnEW ride.  It was not a good pictureL when I looked at the radar:  the rain clouds appear to be in a <image006.png>rotational pattern over us…not moving north or east as they usually do.  I looks like we are stuck with this for a while.

With this in mind, I think the best thing to do is cancel tonight’s ride and hope things improve for next week.  I can’t recall two weeks in a row in any previous year.  Right now they are forecasting “…mostly sunny and humid; a shower or thunderstorm possible in the afternoon…” for next week.  Hopefully the forecast will improve as we <image006.png>close in on next week.

So folks, stay home, stay dry and stay safe tonight.  We won’t ride tonight!

Thanks for sticking with us.  I am hoping the weather will straighten out soon.

Ciao,

Tony

PS:  any of you who want to ride tonight are free to do so on your own…enjoy!  It just not a club ride.
