The venue for tomorrow night's TT will again be at the Lafayette location.  As I mentioned in earlier emails, this course is identical to the one that will be used this coming weekend for the Syracuse Race Weekend.    Even if you aren't racing this weekend, the course is a fun one to ride.  While there is some climbing (3% grade the last mile), you are rewarded with a fast ride back to the finish line.

  The layout of the course is simple.... starting from Rowland Rd. - ride up 11A for 5.1 miles, make a right on to Solvay Rd, half mile later, make a right on to Tully Farms road and fly the remaining 5 miles downhill!!!   The course has a net altitude loss of 100 ft.

The weather is supposed to be cloudy, 72 degrees, 12 mph W breeze with only a 15% chance of precipitation.

 

The directions to get to the start are simple as well.   81S to Rt20 Lafayette exit, go West on 20, at the bottom of the hill make a left on to Rowland - at the Apple Fest buildings/area. 

    

You can park along Rowland Rd.
