We had a very pleasant night - temperature 73-76 degrees, approx 5 mph breeze from the SW, humidity around 50%.   A solid rating of 8/10.    

We had four people show up Tuesday night.  The low turnout is due partly to the fact that eight TT participants of 2017 competed in the West-Woodward Memorial time trial in Upper Jay (near Lake Placid) this past Sunday.  This race served as the NYS Time Trial Championships.

Chris Welch Sr       -  1st place -  Men 60-64

Chris Welch Jr        -  2nd place - Men 1/2    -  2nd fastest time overall on 17 mile course

David Tate              -  3rd place -  Men 3

Marc Kingsley        - 5th place  -  Men 3

Josh Graves          -  1st place  -  Men 4        - 3rd fastest time overall on 17 mile course

Rich Karaz            -  2nd place - Men 55-59

Erika Zazzara      -  1st place  -  Women 3       

Rumor has it that Josh missed his start time by over a minute and still clocked the 3rd fastest time overall.

Now, back to our results....

David Tate fresh off of his Sunday TT performance attacked the Chittenango course with a vengeance.  He scorched the course with a PR by 17 seconds with a time of 22:39 (26.49 mph).  Our FWT was junior Mariana Rinaldo -  she sliced through the course in 29:41 (20.21 mph).  

So, the T-shirt and the massage Gift Certificate went unclaimed this week.  Thanks to Ben Rabin for supplying more swag that we will also give away over the remaining 5 weeks.
