Hi Everyone,
Tuesday will be the fourth ride of the 2018 Slow ’n Easy West ride season. So far the weather has been good to us and we have had great rider turnouts. The weather looks like it will co-operate again this Tuesday as we set off at 6:00 PM from Reed Webster park on Warners Rd in Camillus. We will be having our same ride choices this week as we have had in the past.
AccuWeather is predicting “…Mostly cloudy” weather with a high around 72. This should make for comfortable riding for the groups. This forecast works better than the 80 degrees and thunder showers they are forecasting for Wednesday.
The days a getting longer with more daylight and good riding conditions. If you have been waiting to give the ride a try, why not come out this week? Be our guest if you are not a member…we would love to have you. We will have four ride choices that run from beginner to advanced levels with ride leaders for each group. The 2 beginner level rides and the intermediate level ride are all no drop rides,,,you won’t be left behind to fend for yourself. The fourth ride is an for experienced riders and this week Tom Hotaling who leads this ride is planning to do option #4 which is a fast 22 miles. The map can be found on our website.
If you like what we do, then you can join and enjoy the rest of the season. You can register as a member right on the club website using a credit card or PayPal…we try to make it easyJ. I’ll be there to take the canal group on a “Slow and Easy” loop…not a race. Dig out your bike and come out to ride with us this week. Check your tire pressures and dust off the cob webs. I’m looking forward to seeing all of you. You don’t have to be a member to try the ride…as I said before.
