Perhaps it was my slightly less than optimistic forecast the day before, or perhaps people showed up at 10 pm when the wind shifted to the SE.... or , everyone is exhausted from watching their DVRed stages of the Tour......
Well, you know what I'm leading to... we had only two riders come out to challenge themselves Tuesday night and one of them was a guest - a student from Cornell. The OCC member with fastest time was Brian Hidy, His time of 30:23 missed besting his previous time from the week before by 5 seconds.

The forecast for tomorrow evening is going to be a bit sketchy... 50% chance of scattered T-storms. We'll have to keep an eye them.
