Despite my pronouncements of favorable breeze direction, only three showed up to battle the TT course.
Ken Toscano captured the FMT by ripping through the course on his road bike in a 2018 PR time of 26:36 (22.56 mph). Dick Rybinski claimed his 3rd consecutive PR by reducing his time by 1:03 ! Ron Nelson went strict "Merckx" to establish a new benchmark for himself in that category.
