Could summer actually be here? We had a very nice night for the Time Trial. The temp was in the low 80s and accompanied with a fading NW breeze.
Eight TTers showed up for their Race of Truth. Ron Nelson hiked down from Oswego to take the FMT honors by carving up the course with a time of 25:03 (23.96mph). Ken Toscano continued to ride strong by posted another RoadAero PR (by 6 sec) of 26:19 (22.80mph). This after riding around 100 miles two days earlier! Junior Jorge Niederhoff (12 yo) is starting off his TT season strong by cruising through the course in a PR time (by 19 sec) 38:56 (15.41 mph). Just wait until he gets his new cycling shoes and cleats!
