[occ2] Wednesday ride this week

There will be a Wednesday ride this week. OLP-1 - River Road Rides. Start time is 5:30 and the longest distance is 23 miles. That should be good to get everyone back before sunset. There will be a sign in but no sign out after the ride. The leader is not returning to the parking lot.
