In accordance with the latest New York State's Sports and Recreation Guidelines, and in a similar fashion to other upstate cycling organizations, we are happy to announce that we are finally starting 2020 OCC club rides. We will start rides on Tuesday, July 7th.

Above all else, the health and safety of our club members is our primary concern, so social distancing rules will be required before, during, and after the ride. If you can't maintain six-foot distance, participants must wear a mask or face covering. You may want to bring your own pen to sign in and out of the ride.

Remember, you must be a paid 2020 member to ride with the club. If you are not, please be sure to renew your membership before your first ride. Our insurance company has provided us with new waivers. The new waiver will be part of the ride sign-in for the rest of this year. Please read the waiver now or when you renew to save time at sign-in.

If you have signed up to lead a ride and are not comfortable doing so, please let me know and we will try to find a substitute. There is no obligation to lead. I will send an email when the new leader packet is ready.

Understandably, we still have many rides that no one has signed up to lead. If you are willing and able, please visit the calendar on the OCC web site and sign-up to lead a ride. Going forward, we hope to cancel as few rides as possible.
