Right now I’m not hearing thunder, so I’m heading up to B’ville in case anyone wants to ride. Chance of thunderstorms increase exponentially with each hour. I will not be riding because I know I can’t outride the predicted thunderstorms, so there will not be a no drop option.

Weather forecast continues to deteriorate. I’ll make a decision in the morning on whether the ride goes out. A wee bit of rain is one thing - thunderstorms are another.

Hi, I’m the ride “leader” for Saturday’s Van Buren- Cross Lakes rides, along with Jordan Hayes. 

The 27 mile route will be a no-drop ride, so if you’ve wanted to try a weekend club ride, but were afraid of being left in the dust, well I’ll be back in the dust with you enjoying the scenery. 

Regardless of which route you decide to do, either load it in your phone or print out your cue sheet and don’t forget it! My printer sucks and I‘m not doing battle with it. OCC routes in Ride with GPS are free! Download the app and make sure your phone is charged.

We roll at 9 a.m.! Hope to see some new weekend riders there along with many familiar faces!

Reminder to wear your masks in the parking lot signing in and getting ready to ride, and make sure you have one with you on your ride in case you have a mechanical issue or end up helping someone.
