[occ2] OCC Tuesday Night Time Trial - week 15 - 5:10 start time if we have it

Well tomorrow isn't looking all that good for the Time Trial. Forecast calls for steady rain in the morning and tailing off around noon. The temperature is supposed to be 54 degrees and the light breeze of 5mph will shift to the NW.
Assuming the roads dry out, if any of you want to do the TT with these predicted conditions, please let me know. I'd be happy to hold the Time Trial.
Since sunset is at 6:11pm Tuesday evening, I'll move up the start time to 5:10pm. If you are riding from home to the start, I'll start you first so you can hightail it home right after the TT.
