Subject: [occ2] Chain Length

From: RLRavera@PROTECTED

I will be putting a new chain (Sram PC 1051) on a Sram 10 speed and I don't have an old chain to count out the links.

From what I've seen on the internet, the method of putting the chain on the small ring & small rear cog, threading it thru the derailleur and them tensioning the chain so it doesn't rub against itself at the rear derailleur seems reasonable.

Does this work well?  Any better suggestions or tricks of the trade?
