At this time it looks like there might actually be a window from 10am to 12pm that will be rain free according to the radar. Rain before and after so the roads will be wet. A big concern is the high winds that is predicted.
Not sure if I am riding myself but I will be at Marcellus Park by 9:45 am with the paper work and ride directions.
