315 Brewery Rides: These rides are fast training rides organized by Salty Chimp Racing and start at the 315 Brewery  (3160 Warners Road, Camillus NY 13164). These are drop rides, so everyone is responsible for knowing week's the course. Weekly routes will be posted on the Salty Chimp facebook page and posted weekly on the OCC calendar.
