[occ2] Detours on the 100 mile route this weekend

For those who are riding the 100-mile route this weekend, there are two detours.
One is at mile 28 and the other is at about mile 39. 
I made an updated GPS route and cue sheet.
The route is now the official route on the website, but the cue sheet is only below.
If you downloaded the route please do it again.
