Unfortunately, the email I sent Monday night didn't get out to the list serv.  I didn't discover this until Tuesday afternoon at which time I re-sent the email.  

While the temperature was a cool 56 degrees at 5:30pm, the wind was almost non-existent.  That makes a huge difference.  The conditions overall were surprisingly comfortable. 

The late season TT trio of Rich, Dick and Ken showed up to do what may be their Final battle with the TT course.     Ken Toscano pushed his multi-layered profile through the "slow" cool air to take the FMT with an exceptional time of 26:49(22.38mph).  Rich's modern sleek Trek steed evened the score against Dick's Rossin Funny bike throw-back steed.   They may have to settle on a tie for the season.

Barring a strong Indian summer (am I allowed to say that?) Tuesday was the final TT of the season.  See ya in 7 months!
