WTF 9:00 AM workouts (regular coached spin workout and coached Computrainer workout) are still on, Sat., Dec. 24, 2022 at Dunk'n Bright-- Len Nitzberg will coach the spin workout (with his usual awesome workout music playlist) & I will coach the Computrainer workout!
