[occ2] Introducing Ride With GPS Club Route Map View

Map View for Clubs is here!

This means all the routes in the entire library are now easier to find using a detailed and discoverable interactive map.

This also means our routes (all 547) now have their own heatmap. Numbered clusters representing groups of routes are expandable by clicking the icons putting your entire club library at your fingertips.

Login to the ridewithgps website - click on OCC icon in your clubs, and click Route Map View in the main menu.

Map View is currently optimized for web use, is functional when used in a mobile web browser, and will be coming soon to the mobile app for on the go discovery and navigation.
