[occ2] OCC ride wed Gulf road

The ride leader showed up 5 min before the start of the ride thinking that no one would show up.

There were 3 riders which included Melissa's first ride with the club.
Melissa said she did Gulf recently and was chipped surface so would be good to ride up.

I skipped because of the air quality.  I mentioned this to the three who are currently riding the 24 miles.

I remember being ride leader for this ride and I was the only one in similar weather conditions
but didn't do Gulf but did Townsend which was parallel to Gulf but not windy .
