[occ2] OCC ride saturday sep 23, change in parking lot start to boat house lot

there is a walk for ALS at Long Branch Park on saturday
so we will start at the boat house parking lot
their registration is 9:30 and walk starting at 11am
a 1 mile walk so should not impact our activity
