The cycling events for the 2025 Empire State Senior Games will take place Sunday, June 22, 2025 at the Southern Cayuga High School, Aurora, NY.
There is a 5k time trial, 10k time trial and 20k road race.
Age groups: 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-99.
Registration is free, and the deadline is June 7th.

The ESSG will take place a DAY LATER than originally announced. Originally, they were scheduled for Saturday 21st June, however, this conflicted with graduation at the school where the games are hosted. Therefore, the NEW DATE will be Sunday 22nd June. Please note the changes.
