I'll be the ride leader for the OCC Sunday ride this weekend, which starts at 9:00 am from the Cazenovia High School.
.
The ride options are 22, 33, 49 and 70 miles. The forecast is for the temperature to be 77 degrees at the start and warm up to 81 degrees by noon. The skies will be partly cloudy/partly sunny. There will be a 10 mph breeze out of S-SW. At 11am there is a 40% chance of showers in Hamilton. So, if anyone opts for the long 70 mile ride, there is a higher liklihood of getting wet. The chance of showers at the finish in Caz increase to about 40% around 2pm.
While there are no major climbs on these routes it is a rather lumpy with 50-60 ft/ mile of climbing... putting them in the hilly category. There may be two climbs that might be considered Cat 5 climbs in the TdF if that helps those of you that have ridden in the Tour.
See you at the start !
