Greetings, Cyclist Friends!

Hope that you are well.  Happy Spring!

The Hershey (PA) Spring Cycling Weekend will take place May 15-17.  (The Gettysburg Fall Cycling Weekend is scheduled for October 23-24-25, 2026.)  Our rooms for Hershey are filling very quickly!

The promotional poster is attached here, as well as the registration form.  Also attached here is the "Friends & Family Discount" registration form, for cyclists who have participated in our weekends in the past.

If you are free on May 15-17 and would like to join us, we'd love your company!

This weekend event includes:
  • Friday and Saturday nights at the hotel
  • Friday and Saturday dinners
  • Saturday and Sunday full, hot breakfasts
  • Sandwiches and snacks, water & Gatorade to take with you on rides
  • Ride range of cycling routes**, for both roads and trails
  • ridewithgps.com route links provided, and paper cue sheets are available
  • Tandem-friendly routes, for our tandem teams (couples)
  • Group rides** with Leaders, for a wide range of speeds and distances
  • SAG Driver and mechanical support
  • Plenty of fun local attractions and activities available in our destination town, for non-cyclist companions
  • Parties, live music, smoothies made fresh on the "blender-bike"
  • Evening presentations after dinner
  • Massage therapist available (for a separate, private cost) at the hotel on Saturday afternoon, for post-ride therapeutic massage.
  • Group Discount is available for groups of 7 or more
**Our rides are recreational and social, not competitive.  We ride for friendship, fitness, and fun!

Our guests join us from a wide travel radius, and cyclists of all levels of interest and experience are warmly welcome.

For cyclists traveling with non-cyclist companions, the Hershey area offers a wide array of enjoyable attractions and activities, which do not require a bicycle.

We will have an INFO table in the hospitality room, where other clubs may display their literature.  If YOUR club will be hosting an event later this year, you may give a brief promotional presentation to our guests, after Saturday dinner.

Both of our weekends are in partnership with the non-profit National 9/11 Memorial Trail Alliance (https://www.911trail.org/)
Their AWESOME mission is to build and maintain a network of inter-conecting trails, which link all of our 9/11 memorial sites - NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, & VA.

Please feel free to share this information with your cycling friends and club-mates, by any/all communication platforms you choose.  Our rooms are filling quickly!

For cyclists in the city who do not have cars.....our hotel is a 25-min drive from the Amtrak train station in Harrisburg.  It should be feasible to arrange a shuttle between the train station and the hotel.

THANK YOU immensely for your kind, generous assistance!!

Take care and stay well,

Linda McGrane
