[occ2] one of my favorite tricks: "the ice sock"

If you are out riding or TTing, you might enjoy an ice sock. ideally, the foot of an old stocking or other mesh, full of ice. Placed between your shoulder blades, this will keep your core cool and fend off heat strokes. Stay safe! :)
