Mother Nature is being rather unpredictable. While the chance of rain remains rather high, the projected radar imagery only shows showers/light rain from now until 8pm. Currently, the wet roads have dried in Manlius. If the showers/light rain doesn't actually happen over the next 3-4 hours, then we will be good to go.
I'll head up to the start regardless just in case the showers/light rain stays away.
I'll certainly understand if no one shows up given the uncertainty.

There is some potential good news - if it doesn't rain, the wind will most likely come out of the SE at around 9mph. This has been proven empirically to be the fastest direction.

The Tour de France finished on Sunday. It proved to be a memorable Tour with so many incredible stories. More to follow.
