[occ2] OCC board of directors 2026 elections

It's that time of year where we will be electing a board of directors for 2026 to 2027.  The start of term is November 1,2026 for a year.
 
Two board members are retiring, and one is unfilled.
 
So if you wish to run for any position, let me or Paul V know before the middle of October.
