Camillus airport to weedsport

4 riders each doing 40 miles

sunny and moderately cool

tail wind on second half of ride

nice day for socializing

chocolate chip cookies (warm from being in the sun)

gave remainder to the riders going to Montreal for the weekend

UCI Road World Championships

locked into a pace line for last 10 miles

I stayed in back due to the speed involved
